Client A, an international domain registry company, faced increased competition within their market. They were under-equipped with inaccurate and fragmented customer data to launch efficient marketing efforts. Not only was their data incomplete with undeliverable and out-dated addresses, but their product contact file did not track customers' sales transactions. Although their database lacked complete system design, they were unable to internally change the current system while remaining fully operational.
Solution
CMDI designed and built a customer marketing database system within 30 days. CMDI matched customer records with related product sales, standardized name and address records, and enhanced customer information using external sources. Once the hygiene and NCOA was complete, Client A was well-equipped with a marketing database for complex analysis, segmentation and selection.
