Response Analysis
Dexter allows fundraisers to enter and maintain all mail code information. This includes number of pieces mailed, list universe and cost per piece. As returns come in, Response Analysis Reports (also known as “Bluebooks”) can be run to show mail code or package returns by mail date, return date, quantity, gross, cost and net.
Detailed Reports
Based on requests from leading campaign and PAC fundraisers, CMDI programmers have developed over 50 different detailed reports available to the user at all times. These reports offer everything from total given in a day to a list of donors whose highest previous gift falls into your specified date range.
Fundraising Trends Analysis
Every month Dexter automatically creates 19 reports that breaks down and compares your income by recency, frequency, donation amount and number of gifts, accompanied by color coded pie charts. Perfect as handouts at your next finance meeting, these reports are easily exported to a PDF document or sent to a printer.
Solicitor Tracking
Track the progress of fundraising solicitors - whether staff or volunteer - through Dexter's "Tracking Number" program. This program assigns a unique number to each solicitor and ties it to the gifts they help raise. Dexter has several Detailed Reports built to provide you with all the information you need to know about each solicitor's fundraising status.
