Record and Reconcile Pledges
Staff or volunteer fundraisers can record and track pledges through DexTeam. When the matching contribution is entered into Dexter, the pledge is marked as fulfilled. Several reports and graphs exist to track pledges individually, by fundraiser, or as a whole, throughout the process.
Fundraising Team
Volunteer solicitors recruit additional supporters to raise money for the campaign. DexTeam tracks the progress of the “Team” as a whole and allows solicitors to keep up with their team member’s progress. There is no limit to how many individuals can be recruited onto a team, or how many layers deep the team may go.
Empower Your Fundraisers with Email
Through DexTeam’s Email Engine solicitors can email approved copy and invitations created by the committee to their contacts. They also have the option of sending specific one on one emails as well. DexTeam’s email engine comes equipped with the highest level of email metrics and tracking.
